Asphalt Milling & Resurfacing

Asphalt milling & resurfacing is the process of removing the deteriorated surface layer of asphalt and replacing it with 1.5” - 2.0” of new asphalt. Properly applied, resurfacing can build on your current investment, extending the life of your pavement surface by many years. This process is best performed on parking lots that have been properly maintained and have a sub-grade that is structurally sound. If large areas of fatigue and failure are present, full-depth asphalt repairs may need to take place prior to resurfacing.

Asphalt Repairs

Asphalt repairs are accomplished by milling or saw-cutting the failed areas of asphalt, repairing the sub-grade if needed, and replacing with new asphalt. The depth is determined by the severity of damage. Whether the repairs occur prior to resurfacing or stand alone, they can increase the life of your lot immensely!
