“My name is Loice Lance, owner of Central Indiana Asphalt & Concrete. For over 20 years, I owned a grading and paving company in the San Francisco Bay Area. There I held a C32 Parking & Highway Improvement license, as well as a Class A General Engineering license.
Staying true to my roots, I brought my expertise back home to Indiana. Now, I have over 40 years of experience in the asphalt and concrete industry. We are client-focused, so your satisfaction is our top priority.
